The African and Caribbean Network have recently acquired 2nd Floor office premises with 150 sqm space in an elegant listed period building providing a variety of office suites located in a prime Glasgow City Centre location in the heart of the Merchant City arts and culture district close to restaurants, venues and clubs – including the African Caribbean Centre, Osborne St.

LEASE TERMS
The Network is making office space available to all groups to let on short or long term basis. Limited leases available for a negotiable term (minimum 6 months and up to 1 year) at highly reduced and attractive rates for African and Caribbean Network member organisations and/or individuals:
£200 per calendar month with an initial deposit payment for the first quarter of £450 in advance. In addition member organisations providing a service from Bell Street are required to meet a 25% share of utilities costs and Non-Domestic rates up to £150 maximum
